How long does it take for the doctor to call?

A doctor or Nurse Practitioner from UrgentClinic will usually contact you within one hour after you complete your consultation. During peak periods, response times may be longer.

Employers or institutions may verify the authenticity of a certificate if required. UrgentClinic provides certificates for both adults and patients under 18, where clinically appropriate.
